- Our Superior apartments and Premium apartment with patio, which are bigger in size, also have a dishwasher. All kitchens come with appliances such as a toaster, kettle, etc.

- All our apartments have several balconies. Apartments Loft Plaza View face Plaza Doctor Balmis, while the larger Superior apartments and Premium apartment with patio look out onto calle Limones. The Premium apartment with patio also has a private furnished patio painted by a well-known urban artist.
